Bob Berry practices in a variety of areas and is a Partner in the Guelph office. Bob is also the Regional Managing Partner for Miller Thomson's operations in Southwestern Ontario. He advises clients, including both not-for-profits and for-profit corporations and their boards of directors, on a wide range of issues including statutory and legal authority and general corporate and commercial law matters. He advises on partnership, corporation and joint venture formation, shareholder and business participant relationships, business and corporate reorganizations, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and general contract matters.
Bob has also developed an extensive commercial and residential real estate practice and counsels clients regarding estate and succession planning.
Bob is a member of Miller Thomson’s agriculture and food production law group.
Bob is one of the founders of and still active with the Guelph Community Foundation and a former member and president of the Rotary Club of Guelph.
